DO IT! This will be the third time I've been in five years. Also, flights from England to Vegas are so cheap. The non-stop Virgin flight from Gatwick is only 10 hours and well worth the slight premium. (I say slight because sometimes they try and rape you on the cost, evident by the huge flight price but at other times its like 600 to 800.) It is actually cheaper for me to fly from Perth, back to England and then from England to LA or Vegas for this trip. Downside is it would take over 48 hours travel time.

My Mrs has us booked into the Hard Rock in their new tower. The room on their website looks pretty cozy. Has a kind of "lounge" area. I'll post pics if they have wifi.

i would go back in an instant! were going to spain for in 2 weeks time for our first holiday with the little guy. bit unfair to take him on a plane for 10 years at just 6 months old.

we went with virgin last year and i must say i was quite impressed.

im trying to convince my friend to get married to his girlfriend and have his stag arranged for there.

WHAT? Gordon has a restuarant there now? I'll have to make a booking. I made a booking into Maze in London (another one of Gordons) for a 7 course meal near valentines... Me and the gf had a falling out so we missed it.

I would have found a female friend to go eat with. I wouldn't have missed that.

That would work in a pinch but I'd prefer to dine with a hot chick. :D

I would have gone by myself, and ate both meals.

The strip is great for the young crowd. Lots of street performers, and mid 20's people.. I thought it was a lot more fun when everyone was pumped for the night around 9-10pm, before everyone was wasted.. Tables were loose, night life off the hook, just a rad trip all around.
