I'm considering a permanent ban rule for jackasses like this. If you yelled BINGO! in a bingo parlor and didn't have it, about 100 old ladies would beat your ass with their canes.

I tried to play this contest
i read the instruction said if i have a number then post a CISCO! but not sure is in the header(subject) or in the message itself.

I would like to apologize for what i caused. I should not participate since i not familiar with this game.

Hmm, I can see how the rules aren't clear to folks unfamiliar with BINGO. I will edit and try to clarify it a bit.
