Not to be grumpy, but have you tried using google?

Well, to be grumpy actually, why just post a random set of questions and nothing else? Do you know the answers and just want to test us with a directive "explain this ...". Call me old fashioned but I expect people to usually introduce themselves first and explain their problem before they just direct me to do something. And then I ignore them anyway - especially if they are a manager.

Or is this just homework that you are too lazy to first try yourself? Post what you think are the answers and then we'll critique them and give you advice.

Edit: Just noticed that you claim to have a CCNA! So you tell us what those terms mean.
