Im beginner to use GNS3 , how i can I get Cisco IOS to start to do some Labs ??

also if there are any free tutorial that can help me to use GNS3

the legal way is to obtain the IOS through Cisco. Any other way you will need to find on your own and not here.

GNS3 has some links to some good video tutorials here:

Also there is a ton of resources over at http://7200emu.hacki.at/index.php

Other than that Google is your best friend along with any documentation you get from GNS3
