Is there any fix for this? Cisco doesnt seem to care to release a fix or atleast I cant find one. I am also having trouble downgrading to an older version of flash to get this working.

Thanks.

I found the fix. It was a nightmare of trying about 10 different versions of Flash Player 10.x etc... downgrading is a pain in the butt for this software.

Found one that worked for me. if you need help with the exact version I used just send me a PM otherwise this case is closed.

Okay after using Adobes own uninstaller tool which is a .exe, I will link it later when I have time, I was able to remove all adobe software (flash related) and install 10.x (cant remember without looking later). Then I installed adobe flash 11.x on top which is the most current and it works fine. So if any of you are having issues with CCP giving a flash not present when it is clearly installed let me know and I will do a write up of sorts on how I fixed it using a workaround trick until Cisco actually repairs this issue.

Run the uninstaller....
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/ ... ndows.html

Then make sure you set the configuration in Java Runtime to these settings:

See 2.2
http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Cisco_Con ... r_Cisco_CP

Then reinstall the latest version of Flash Player.

Something is apparently getting corrupted with flash player and this will clean it up and allow it to install cleanly.
