Hello,

first a little background: we are running callManager 7.1 (user accounts are tied to AD)... one night our call manager got rebooted by IT. upon reboot, CM failed over to the Subscriber node. Some how IT got Callmanger back over to the Publisher node.....

No now of us can log into CallManager using our AD accounts...

Did you tried to convert a suscriber to publisher?

Try to reboot the thing again. It happened to me something like this and I reboot twice and the CM accepted acounts again.

If that doesn't work see if he services are running using the CLI.

It turns out that LDAP was "Broken" somehow and when we re-added the LDAP server (under System -> Ldap -> LDAP Directory) things started working again.. though the TAC support person said it look fine to begin with :)
