I am studying Basic VoIP. I haver configured a router how DHCP Server but don't allocate IP to IP phones. But the PC receive a IP OK.

You don't need the voice vlan. The voice vlan is used when you are connecting a device behind the phone via the phones built-in switchports. Your phones are directly connected to switchports. You are using the default vlan of 1 so you do not need to configure anything vlan-wise on the switchports.

On the switchports FastEthernet0/1 through FastEthernet0/5 do a:
