Hi

Have a problem. We bought the abv unit last March 2004. On Sept 2004, the unit just stopped functioning. Reason : cannot read Cmos.

We were given a replacement then.
Today on 7th March 2005 , again the same thing happened.Why?

Could it be our power source has some issues. All IT equipments and 3 of our server are connected to APC matrix 3000UPS.

What could be the issue.Pls advice

Yes the power supply seems to be the issue here. Try a different UPS. PIX is a sensitive piece of equipment.
