I picked up one of the Ful backpacks from Target for around that price and I've been happy with it. It seems pretty well constructed for a budget backpack.

I went with the Renegade RSS, it turned out to be a little bit bigger...http://ogio.com/backpacks/renegade-rss. Took a google search to find a retailer that actually had one in stock but it hasn't shipped yet so no telling if that was really the case or not.

The Ogio site you linked to has them in stock eh? I ended up buying mine direct since I didn't feel like running all over trying find somewhere that had them.

That's a nice looking bag, and pretty close to the squadron. I hope you're happy with it.

That's BS!! haha. When I bought the bag it wasn't available through Ogio. And yet today it is with free shipping. I looked at about 10 places online and no one had it. Then I found a skate shop in California that had them. Says my order is in the final stages of processing so I assume it'll ship today or tomorrow. Otherwise I'd cancel it and buy direct too. I wanted to make sure I had my new iPad on the way before the bag got here so I could check out the space it gives before I get a protective case. Overall the Ogio bags seems to be a great fit for the tech arena whether they meant to do that or not. All the little pockets will keep from having a huge mess in one bigger pocket.

Also, from the design they look like they would be better suited to fit in overhead bins on an airplane versus some of the other bags out there. But my eyes may have been deceived.

I'm a bit late to the party, but how about this: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Mini-B-Hands ... 4223wt_905

I could use this.

To keep it on topic the backpack that I use is: http://www.targus.com/uk/product_details.asp?sku=TCG650

Got my bag yesterday. Loving it. One of the side pockets also has an elastic cord sewn into the top portion to hold a water bottle into place. The stock iPad with just the magnetic cover has a quite a bit of free space. I have the Seidio Active case for the iPad coming and it appears that it will fit pretty well in to the tablet compartment although maybe a slight bit snug. Worth it though.

My third backpack in 2 years is close to falling apart. Sounds like this squadron is the way to go.

MIssed a bit on this...

Nice Pete. That looks close enough for me.

That's cool you like it routerdork. Same to Vito. I'm really pretty happy with mine so far. Now to see if it's still in one piece after one or two years...

The elastic cord that holds coffee cups, etc in the side pocket is fraying. Going to email support and see what they can do.

Too big? Damn... And I'm always running out of room. Generally though I think that's a good thing since it forces me to not carry too much crap.

They're out of the Renegade RSS's until Dec. 3rd. They put me on the list to get a replacement when they come in. Guess I get to wear it out some more :)

Rofl, I use a Tumi messenger bag... I switched to that when I used to work in Manhattan... got tired of lugging a leather case on the subway and I don't like backpacks because people can steal crap out of them and you won't notice when in a crowd, they wrinkle your clothes, and can lead to a sweaty back.

I like to travel as light as possible. That man-purse is clearly designed for the average Apple consumer.
